The University of Virginia School of Medicine and/or The University of Virginia School of Nursing Continuing Education, as accredited provider(s), awards 1.0 hours of participation (consistent with the designated number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM or ANCC contact hours) to participants who successfully complete this educational activity. Through the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) and Association of American Medical Colleges’ (AAMC) joint initiative to create a wide array of Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Activities. Newborn Screening Critical Congenital Heart Disease has met the MOC requirements as a MOC Part II CME activity by the American Board of Pediatrics

Participation in enduring materials and web-based CME activities are tracked through log-on and registration procedures. Certificates of attendance, designating the maximum number of credits, are distributed to participants via email. Participants are responsible for accurately tracking their actual time spent on the activity.
